Covered Bridge

As we were heading home we saw a sign for a museum and decided to visit it. Unfortunately, we didn't find any more signs nor did we find the museum. But, on the way back to the main highway, we saw a sign for a covered bridge. Therefore, we searched for it, found it and took some pictures.

Isn't it beautiful?
I don't know what I expected when I walked under the bridge, but this wasn't it. Why people feel the need to decorate this way is beyond me.

After we left the covered bridge, a wild turkey ran across the road. I'm telling you it was truly a fun filled adventurous weekend.
